中国水业集团（01129）发布公告，由于有关重选胡斯云为执行董事及重选丘娜为独立非执行董事的决议案于股东周年大会上不获通过，故根据组织章程细则，胡先生及丘女士已分别退任执行董事及独立非执行董事，自股东周年大会结束后生效。
随着胡先生自股东周年大会结束起退任执行董事，胡先生亦不再出任公司投资委员会成员；及随着丘女士自股东周年大会结束起退任独立非执行董事，丘女士亦不再出任审核委员会成员。
