Shenzhen Hongtao Group (002325.SZ), or ST Hongtao, issued an announcement that it received Decision on Order to Rectify Measures by Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission on June 14, 2024.

It is reported that on June 14, 2024, the company released undisclosed information on the WeChat public account of Hongtao Group, in violation of Article 8, Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Measures for the Management of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies (CSRC Order No. 182). In accordance with Article 52 of the Measures for the Management of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies, Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to order the company to rectify and supervise its actions. The company should take effective measures to correct the following and submit a written corrective report to Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau within 30 days from the date of receipt of this decision:

1. The company should immediately delete the aforementioned undisclosed information. 2. The company should immediately conduct self-inspection on whether the company and related parties have engaged in illegal information disclosure, insider trading, market manipulation and other illegal and irregular conduct, and report to Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau before June 15, 2024. 3. The company should urge the actual controller and related parties to strictly abide by securities laws and regulations, fulfill information disclosure obligations in accordance with the law, ensure that the company's information disclosure is true, accurate, and complete, and not have false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
