It is expected that the loss is mainly due to the increase in bank loan interest rates, which has greatly increased financial expenses by 17.57 million yuan; the fair value of investment properties has significantly decreased; there were no government subsidies or grants received during the year; and the gross margin of the cosmetic business, which accounts for a large proportion of the overall revenue, has decreased, resulting in an overall adjustment of the gross margin.
