Zhixuan Finance APP News: China Water Group (01129) announced that due to the failed resolution at the shareholders' annual meeting to re-elect Husiyun as an executive director and re-elect Qiuna as an independent non-executive director, both Mr. Hu and Ms. Qiu have resigned as the executive director and independent non-executive director respectively, effective immediately after the shareholders' annual meeting.

As Mr. Hu resigned as an executive director effective immediately after the shareholders' annual meeting, he will no longer serve as a member of the company investment committee; and as Ms. Qiu resigned as an independent non-executive director effective immediately after the shareholders' annual meeting, she will no longer serve as a member of the audit committee.
