Toyo Suisan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo; President: Noritaka Sumimoto) will be planning and sponsoring the “Iwaki Fireworks Festival” to be held in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture on 2024/8/3 (Sat). Sponsorship for the event will begin in 2023, and products with original designs with photos of the fireworks festival and messages of support will be introduced to coincide with the event this year as well. As for the lineup, instant noodles in cups “Maru-chan: Red Fox Udon Iwaki Fireworks Festival,” “Same Green Tanuki Ten Soba Iwaki Fireworks Festival,” and “Same Yakisoba Bagoon Iwaki Fireworks Festival” will be sold for a limited time, mainly in Fukushima Prefecture from late 2024/6.

■ What is the Iwaki Fireworks Festival
　The “Iwaki Fireworks Festival” is one of the summer traditions in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture, and this year it will be the 69th. Creative fireworks synchronized with music are the biggest showroom, and they are launched one after another to match the music, brightly decorating the night of Iwaki City. This year, around 10,000 fireworks will be launched into the night sky under the theme “Sky Shoryu: Soar High in the Night Sky”.
