Koda Bio-B (06922) announced that at the shareholders' annual meeting, Li Kejian, Zhu Jun, and Liu Wei were re-elected as the second-term executive directors; Lv Shiwen and Zhao Chunsheng were re-elected as the second-term non-executive directors of the board of directors; Gao Dayong, Liang Xianzhi, Qin Zheng, and Hu Henan were re-elected as the second-term independent non-executive directors of the board of directors.
