金融界6月14日消息，天茂集团发布公告，将于2024年7月1日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月25日，当日收市后持有天茂集团股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：天茂实业集团股份有限公司会议室(湖北省荆门市漳河新区天山路1号(国华汇金中心)1幢2楼)。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、关于回购公司股份方案的议案
2、关于提请股东大会授权董事会及其授权人士全权办理回购公司股份相关事项的议案。
