As announced by Yun Lee Marine (02682.HK) on June 14th, compared with the audited profit for the company's owners for the previous year of about 36.0 million Hong Kong dollars, the expected unaudited profit for the company's owners of the group for the year ending March 31, 2024 will be no less than 31.5 million Hong Kong dollars.

In this fiscal year, the group recognized one-time gains from selling equity in associated companies due to the acquisition and business merger of Yun Lee Marine Engineering Limited and its subsidiaries, and recognized intangible asset amortization expenses of approximately 11.9 million Hong Kong dollars and 2.3 million Hong Kong dollars respectively. The group's expected comprehensive income for this fiscal year is expected to increase by about 39.5% to approximately 334.6 million Hong Kong dollars, due to the introduction of maritime construction services this fiscal year. However, compared with the comprehensive income from the same industry for the year ended March 31, 2023, the comprehensive income from ship leasing and related services for the group in this fiscal year has decreased. This expected decrease in income is due to a decrease in demand for the group's overall ship leasing and related services due to the completion of several major and long-term contracts and other short-term maritime service projects in this fiscal year. In addition, the company's administrative expenses have also increased in this fiscal year.
