According to the announcement made by Tianfu Communication (300394.SZ) on the Zhifutong Financial app, the company plans to make proportional capital increase in its controlling subsidiary, Suzhou Tianfu Star Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianfu Star"). The registered capital of Tianfu Star will be increased from CNY 351 million to CNY 501 million, with the company increasing its investment to Tianfu Star by CNY 80 million and Zou Zhinong increasing his investment by CNY 70 million.
