Fosun Pharma (02196) announced that it will provide the maximum joint and several liability guarantee for the debt under the financing scheme applied to Bank of China by its subsidiary, Fosun Pharma Industry, with a principal of no more than RMB 300 million.

As of June 13, 2024, the group has provided a joint and several liability guarantee equivalent to about RMB 8.948 billion for Fosun Pharma Industry, including this guarantee, and RMB 50 million for Fosun YaliFeng. As of June 13, 2024, there was no overdue guarantee matter for the group.
