(hereinafter referred to as 'Line 4 Company'), a project company in Guadalajara 4th line DLS project in Jalisco state, Mexico, in proportion to its shareholding, with a loan amount of about 806 million Mexican pesos (about RMB 325 million), a term not exceeding 20 years, and an annual interest rate of 13%.
