In this joint research solicitation system, we widely solicit research themes that can contribute to the development of society and are in line with our basic philosophy.
- Research on technology related to our semiconductor manufacturing equipment products and device/wafer manufacturing processes that meet the needs.
- Innovative academic-oriented sea technology research that is expected to contribute to future business areas of our company related to the above.
