Asia Comm Hold (00104 .HK) announced on June 14 that the group expects to record a surplus of no less than HKD 21 million for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024 ("this year"), a decrease of HKD 44 million compared to the surplus of HKD 44 million for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2023 ("last year").

The announcement stated that the decrease in surplus was mainly due to a one-time government subsidy of approximately HKD 11 million in the previous year and an increase in the group's investment property revaluation loss of approximately HKD 5 million in this year.
