e公司讯，兆驰股份(002429)6月14日晚间公告，公司拟以自有资金向全资子公司香港兆驰增资2400万美元(折合人民币约1.7亿元，按2024年5月6日汇率折算);同时，香港兆驰拟出资2400万美元在越南投资设立MTC科技(越南)有限公司(简称“越南兆驰”)并投资建设生产基地。越南兆驰设立完成后将成为香港兆驰全资子公司并纳入公司合并报表范围。
