CITIC (00267) issued an announcement that Nanjing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (including its subsidiaries) provided a guarantee of no more than 20 million yuan for its holding subsidiary Anyang Heli. The actual newly added guarantee balance provided by Nanjing Iron & Steel to Anyang Heli in 2024 is zero, and the total guarantee balance provided by Nanjing Iron & Steel to Anyang Heli (including outstanding) is 30 million yuan. The aforementioned guarantee balance does not include this guarantee.

Anyang Heli and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anyang Fuxing Heli New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Anyang Heli Technology') provide counter-guarantee for Anyang Heli, and jointly assume the joint and several liability for all guarantee obligations borne by Nanjing Iron & Steel due to this guarantee. The shareholders of Anyang Heli, Hunan Fortune Xingye Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Fortune Xingye') and Zhai Wen provide counter-guarantee for Anyang Heli, and jointly assume the joint and several liability for 11.42% and 37.58% of all guarantee obligations borne by Nanjing Iron & Steel due to this guarantee, respectively.
