DCWT (03768.HK) announced that it received a "Notice of Assistance in Execution" ((2024) Yun0112 Zhi 1339) issued by the Xishan District People's Court of Kunming City today (14th), and learned that the shares of DCWT held by Kunming Dianchi Investment Co., Ltd., the company's controlling shareholder, have been frozen.

It is understood that in a case of notarized creditor's rights documents dispute between Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. Kunming Branch and East Kunming Dianchi Investment and its subsidiary Kunming Drainage Facility Management Co., Ltd., Xishan District People's Court froze the equity held by Kunming Dianchi Investment under the assistance of the execution notice. The execution deadline is three years, from June 14, 2024 to June 14, 2027.

DCWT stated that the freezing of the company's shares held by Kunming Dianchi Investment will not affect the company's normal operation, as the two companies are independent in terms of assets, business and finance. It will not have a significant impact on the company's main business and sustained operation capabilities. As of today, the company's operations remain normal. (js/u)
