According to the announcement by Shanghai Pudong Construction (600284.SH), its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Pudong New Area Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Pu Jian Group"), won the bid for the J9A-04 site (Pudong Development Bank On the City Technology Innovation Valley) research and development project construction engineering above the Jin Qiao subway station, through public bidding, with a bid price of RMB 2.099 billion (including a temporary amount of RMB 0 and an estimated price of RMB 8085.4261 million), accounting for approximately 11.84% of the company's audited total operating revenue in 2023.

The announcement shows that the tenderer of the project is Shanghai Pudong On the City Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. ("On the City Development"), a subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder, Shanghai Pudong Development (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Pudong Group").
