The 'Waves of Splendor' VILLA 1 developed by China res land (Overseas) and Poly property (00119.HK) was successfully sold for HKD 380 million, including a mansion with two car park subscription rights, at a practical foot price of HKD 78,561, setting a new high for the Kai Tak area.

The VILLA 1 sold this time is a seaside mansion located in the front row of the project and has a practical area of 4,837 sq ft. It features a four-bedroom design with four en-suite bathrooms, a private entrance, and a lift that reaches the roof and two dedicated car park floors in the basement.

The developer revealed that a total of 249 units have been sold since the project went on sale, realizing over HKD 10.42 billion.
