会议地点：云南省昆明市经济技术开发区鸿翔路1号会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、关于回购公司股份方案的议案
2、关于同意子公司向相关银行申请综合授信额度并为其提供担保的议案。
