金融界6月14日消息，宸展光电发布公告，将于2024年7月5日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月28日，当日收市后持有宸展光电股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：福建省厦门市集美区杏林南路60号公司会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、关于变更募集资金增资控股子公司的议案
2、关于变更注册资本并修订《公司章程》部分条款的议案。
