会议地点：中国广东省广州市白云区齐心路68号中国南方航空大厦33楼3301会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、关于修订《中国南方航空股份有限公司章程》的议案
2、关于一般性授权董事会回购股份的议案。
