On May 7, it was announced that China Ruyi would acquire 100% equity of Beijing Youai Interactive Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ByteDance, for CNY 259 million. Currently, the core assets of Youai Interactive are "Red Alert OL". China Securities Co., Ltd. pointed out that after the equity transfer is completed, relying on the extensive player base of "Red Alert" IP, the company is expected to further expand its gaming layout, optimize resource allocation, and promote overall performance growth. In the short term, games are expected to contribute new business growth, while in the long term, the company is expected to further extend the IP lifecycle and tap the value of copyright through the linkage of films and games, and improve the company's ability to monetize its intellectual property rights in film and television.
