普利特：实控人周文质押1900万股公司股份

6月14日，普利特（002324.SZ）公告，公司近日获悉股东、实控人周文将其所持1900万股公司股份进行质押，占其所持股份的4.25%,占公司总股本的1.71%，此次质押主要用于置换质押融资。

截至此公告披露日，周文共持有4.49亿股公司股份，占公司总股本的比例为40.12%。
