挖贝网 6月14日消息，新华都（002264）发布公告称，公司财务总监张石保计划减持4.5万股，按照目前5.75元/股股价计算，套现金额大约为26万元。
据介绍，减持前张石保持持有公司18万股。本次拟减持股份来源于公司“领航员计划（二期）”股权激励计划获授并解除限售的限制性股票。
新华都称，减持原因为个人资金需求。
