Dongsoft Hsikang (09686.HK) announced net proceeds from global sales of approximately $5.55 million. In order to improve the efficiency of the use of funds, the Board of Directors resolved yesterday (13) that it intends to use the funds raised which are expected to remain idle for more than one year to appropriately purchase highly secure, liquid and redeemable financial products in the amount of not more than US$4,000 million (approx. 3.12 HKD billion) for cash management.

This quota can be used on a rolling basis within 12 months from the date of the Board's resolution.
