(hereinafter “SBI Asset”) will set up and manage the “SBI iShares Worldwide Bond Index Fund” (nickname: Sakutto Global Bonds) set up and managed by the company, in addition to the current annual settlement fund, a fund that is settled 4 times a year.
This time, the fund with global bonds as the main investment target and settles 4 times a year is the “SBI · i Shares Global Bond Index Fund (4 times a year settlement type)” (nickname: Sakutto Global Bonds (distribution-oriented type)) (hereinafter referred to as the “main fund”), and it is scheduled to begin operation on 2024/7/17.
Prior to this fund, the “SBI · iShares Global Bond Index Fund,” which was reborn on 2024/2/10 due to improved commerciality of the “EXE-i developed country bond fund,” has expanded its investment targets to bonds all over the world, including emerging countries, and a drastic reduction in trust rewards has been implemented. With the aim of providing investors with a wide range of investment opportunities at low cost, SBI Asset has set up and operated as a fund with the lowest trust reward ratio* among global bond investment funds (including Japan). Total net assets, which were 1.69 billion yen on 2024/2/9, just before the fund's marketability improved, have steadily increased since the improvement in marketability on 2/10, and has increased about 2.3 times to 3.85 billion yen as of 2024/6/13.
The newly established “SBI · iShares Global Bond Index Fund (fixed 4 times a year)” is a fund with the lowest trust remuneration rate* among global bond investment funds (including Japan), similar to the “SBI · iShares Global Bond Index Fund,” which is settled once a year.
Going forward, we will continue to contribute to optimal asset formation for investors by providing high-quality and low-cost management products based on a “customer-centric approach,” and aiming to improve fund performance through revolutionary structures.
