智富资源投资（00007）发布公告，于2024年6月8日，该公司与认购方Happy Win Resources Limited就建议股份认购事项订立谅解备忘录，该公司拟配发及发行，而认购方拟认购新股份，认购金额最高为1.5亿港元。
据悉，认购方为一间于英属处女群岛注册成立的有限公司，并为亚洲联网（00679）的全资附属公司。
诚如本公司中期报告所载，于2023年6月30日，集团未偿还借款约为 4.28亿港元。公司急需资金偿还未偿借款，以解决集团的财务问题。
