According to recent international oil market price changes, the National Development and Reform Commission announced that, in accordance with the current refined oil price formation mechanism, the mainland gasoline and diesel prices will be reduced by RMB 190/ton and RMB 180/ton respectively starting from midnight.

The National Development and Reform Commission pointed out that the three major oil companies, PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, and other crude oil processing companies should organize the production and transportation of refined oil to ensure stable market supply and strictly implement national price policies. Local relevant departments should increase market supervision and inspection efforts, severely deal with the behavior of not implementing national price policies, and maintain normal market order.
