Future Technology Innovation Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" with seven partners including Nanjing Xuanwu High-tech Investment Fund Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Grand Canal (Nanjing) Culture and Tourism Development Fund (Limited Partnership), Beijing Qidi Venture Incubator Co., Ltd., Cixi Industrial and Information Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Beijing Shijingshan District Modern Innovation Industry Development Fund Co., Ltd. and Col Group Co., Ltd. (Tianjin) Private Equity Fund Investment Management Co., Ltd.

The partners together set up the Nanjing Col group co.,ltd. future technology innovation investment partnership enterprise (limited partnership), and the subject fund's total committed capital is RMB 152.5 million. Among them, the Peking Col group co.,ltd. future technology innovation investment partnership enterprise (limited partnership) as a limited partner, held 19.6721% of ownership interest in the subject fund via Beijing Col group co.,ltd. future technology innovation investment partnership enterprise (limited partnership).
