APOLLO fmg (00860.HK) announced on June 13 that Mr. Zhang Zhenming has resigned as an independent non-executive director in order to devote more time to other affairs. After Mr. Zhang's resignation, he will no longer serve as (i) the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee respectively of the Board of Directors; and (ii) a member of the Nomination Committee, the Investment Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee respectively of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Li Jieyi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective June 13, 2024.
