Lvji Tech (01745) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Lvji Digitization Technology Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou Lvji), has signed a revolving capital loan contract (the "Loan Contract") with Bank of China Guangzhou Tianhe Branch (Bank of China) for a loan amount of RMB 10 million and a loan term of 36 months.

Lvji International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. (Lvji International), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has signed a credit agreement ("Credit Agreement"), without the need to sign another loan contract for working capital loan, with CM Bank Qingyuan Branch (CM Bank) for a credit limit of RMB 20 million (including revolving credit and/or one-time credit) during the credit period from June 13, 2024 to June 12, 2025.
