Due to job changes, Mr. Peng Yuanpu resigned from the positions of chairman and director of the company, and at the same time resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Strategic Committee of the Board of Directors, member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee. He will no longer perform the duties of board secretary after resignation and will not hold any positions in the company.
