The total amount of the second phase of short-term financing bonds issued is RMB 1.5 billion, the term is 268 days, the face value is RMB 100 yuan, the issue interest rate is 1.79%, the interest start date is June 12, 2024, and the payment date is March 7, 2025. CEB Bank Co., Ltd. serves as the bookkeeping manager and organizes the underwriting group for the second phase of short-term financing. It is publicly issued in the domestic inter-bank bond market in China through bookkeeping file and centralized placement.

The funds raised by the second phase of short-term financing bonds will be used to repay the loans of the company's subsidiaries.
