As of the date of this announcement, the audit, evaluation, and due diligence work involved in this transaction have not been completed. After the completion of the audit, evaluation, and due diligence work, the company will convene the board of directors again to review the proposals related to this transaction and fulfill the subsequent legal procedures and information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
