Later, under the guidance of the local coal mine merger and reorganization policy, the coal mine technology was reformed and the coal mine group was integrated. After undergoing cumbersome and repeated procedures and properly handling independent property rights, the company has transferred the Meitan Gou coal mine. The Hetao Ping coal mine entered the construction stage in the fourth quarter of 2023. In the future, based on overall strategic adjustments and profitability considerations, the company does not rule out the option of quickly realizing coal mine assets and realizing them. The company currently has no plan for share buybacks or asset injections.
