In terms of sectors, insurance, electric and gas companies, transportation equipment, nonferrous metals, and iron and steel are at the top of the declining rate, while machinery, services, electric appliances, information and communications, and metal products have seen increases.

The Nikkei Average is moving with a lack of direction.
