According to the announcement by Gold Yield Financial (08221), the group is expected to obtain a surplus net amount of approximately HKD 8.49 million for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024, while for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2023, the net loss amount was approximately HKD 9,529,000.

The board of directors believes that the turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to the increase in commission income from securities trading and brokerage services from approximately HKD 1.2 million in the corresponding period to approximately HKD 2.5 million in this period; the increase in fees and commission income from placement and underwriting activities from approximately HKD 400,000 in the corresponding period to approximately HKD 2.4 million in this period; and the increase in income from supply chain financing from approximately HKD 2 million in the corresponding period to approximately HKD 8.4 million in this period.
