Jupiter Legend (06683.HK) and Digital Domain (00547.HK) announced that they will receive consulting services for joint venture establishment and strategic cooperation from business banks and consulting firm JAKOTA Capital in New York and Zurich in the future.

The main goal of the collaboration between Jubao Legend and Digital Domain is to develop and commercialize the world's largest AI-driven digital copyright library for movies and television. The new joint venture company will become the global exclusive agent for Jubao Legend's digital content production and generative AI, as well as the global exclusive agent for Jubao Legend's digital content distribution business outside of Greater China and the Middle East. At the same time, the company will assist in the creation and licensing of newly created intellectual property rights and commercialize them worldwide.
