China Res Land (01109.HK) announced that in May, the total contract sales amounted to approximately 20.7 billion yuan (the same below), with a sales building area of about 884,000 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 33.9% and 15%, respectively. In the first five months, the cumulative total contract sales amount was 92.7 billion yuan, involving a sales area of about 3.981 million square meters, a decrease of 35.3% and 29.8% respectively.

In the month, the revenue from operating business was about 3.85 billion yuan, an increase of 13.1% year-on-year, of which the rental income was 2.38 billion yuan, an increase of 15.1%. In the first five months, the cumulative revenue from operating business was about 18.65 billion yuan, an increase of 13.8%, of which the rental income was 11.77 billion yuan, an increase of 16.5%.
