Both parties decided not to renew the agreement after its expiration on June 11, 2024. On the same day, the company received a "Simplified Equity Change Report" issued by Zhu Fuyun, Nanjing Ruibei, Zhang Jing, and Mr. Cheng Min, due to the termination of the consistent action relationship between Zhu Fuyun and Zhang Jing, which resulted in Zhu Fuyun's accumulated change of equity since the company's non-public offering of shares in 2021 exceeding 5%.
