Oracle posted weaker-than-expected earnings for its fiscal fourth quarter. The company also announced a partnership withAlphabet Inc's(NASDAQ:GOOGL) (NASDAQ:GOOG) Google Cloud.

Oracle shares jumped 9% to $135.00 in the pre-market trading session.
