中国财富通6月12日 - 天安新材（603725）公告称，为满足全资子公司天安高分子日常经营需要，公司与交通银行佛山分行签署《保证合同》，同意为全资子公司天安高分子在交通银行佛山分行签订的《快易付业务合作协议》提供连带责任保证担保，担保的最高本金限额为人民币3,000万元。
