Green economy (01315.HK) announced that the group is expected to record unaudited comprehensive net profit of approximately 19.1 million yuan for the year ending March 31, 2024, compared to a comprehensive net loss of approximately 85.3 million yuan in the same period of 2023, turning losses into gains.

The group explained that the increase in surplus was mainly due to an increase in gross profit of approximately 73.4 million yuan; a reduction in expenses (including sales expenses, administrative expenses, financing costs and income tax expenses) of approximately 16.9 million yuan; and a loss of approximately 9.9 million yuan from discontinued operations.
