Artini Holdings (00789) announced that the group expects to obtain a profit of approximately HKD 6 million to HKD 7 million for the year ending March 31, 2024, compared to a net loss of approximately HKD 1.4 million for the year ended March 31, 2023. The profit was mainly due to a net increase of approximately HKD 16.2 million in exchange gains, which was offset by administrative expenses of approximately HKD 4.5 million and sales and distribution expenses of approximately HKD 6.1 million incurred when a registered overseas operating subsidiary was deregistered and exchange reserves were reclassified as one-time items.
