首都在线将于6月28日召开股东大会，审议为全资子公司提供业务合同担保等议案

金融界6月12日消息，首都在线发布公告，将于2024年6月28日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月24日，当日收市后持有首都在线股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：北京市朝阳区紫月路18号院9号楼公司会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于全资子公司向银行申请授信额度并由公司为其提供担保的议案》

2、《关于为全资子公司提供业务合同担保的议案》。
