金融界6月12日消息，健之佳发布公告，将于2024年7月3日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月27日，当日收市后持有健之佳股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：云南省昆明市盘龙区联盟街道旗营街10号健之佳总部14楼会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、关于调整2021年限制性股票激励计划首次授予部分第三期回购数量及回购价格并回购注销部分限制性股票的议案
2、关于修订《公司章程》的议案。
