ST路通将于6月28日召开股东大会，审议修订公司章程等议案

金融界6月12日消息，ST路通发布公告，将于2024年6月28日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为6月21日，当日收市后持有ST路通股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：无锡市滨湖区胡埭工业园陆藕东路182号F412会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计4项议案，具体如下：

1、关于修订《公司章程》的议案

2、关于修订《股东大会议事规则》的议案

3、关于修订《董事会议事规则》的议案

4、关于修订《独立董事制度》的议案。
