Temix Data Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomoyuki Naikai; Subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) and Nippon Safety Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director: Koji Ando; hereinafter "Nippon Safety") have signed a business alliance agreement to develop and provide marketing services specializing in "new life moments" (hereinafter, the "Service").
| Background of Business Alliance
Temix Data provides the financial data platform "THEMIX DATA CONNECT" to solve issues such as reviewing conventional methods and achieving high-precision data matching under privacy protection, leveraging the unique strengths (acquisition planned until the end of fiscal 2014) of "financial transaction data confirmed and consent obtained by individual" with a scale of 10 million IDs.
Nippon Safety guarantees rent, etc. instead of "joint guarantor" and provides services that make it easier for tenants to rent rooms, easier for owners to lend rooms, and promote tenant recruitment and reduce work for real estate companies. We provide a rent debt guarantee service that covers more than 62,000 affiliated real estate companies at 28 bases nationwide (as of the end of May 2024).
Through this business alliance, we will develop and provide a new marketing service that captures "new life moments" that are useful for new life preparation and living for tenants using the rental debt guarantee service provided by Nippon Safety and for advertisers of the Service.
For tenants who use the rental debt guarantee service provided by Nippon Safety, we will clearly specify the content regarding data usage methods and third-party provision in the privacy policy and obtain consent for data usage. (*)
By connecting acquired usage permission completed attributes and usage results data to the financial data platform "THEMIX DATA CONNECT" provided by Temix Data, we will perform analysis and segment design in a data privacy-conscious environment, and deliver advertising and DM distribution to the platform that captures "new life moments" accurately.
As a result, advertisers with products or services related to new lifestyles such as automobiles, infrastructure, home appliances, furniture, insurance, and mainland education will be able to implement more appropriate and efficient marketing measures.

Temix Data and Nippon Safety will continue to consider providing new real estate and financial related services by utilizing the knowledge and data of both companies as well as providing "new life moment" marketing services.
In addition, Temix Data is promoting alliance negotiations with various companies to link financial and financial related data to THEMIX DATA CONNECT.
