China Energy Construction (03996.HK) (601868.SH) announced the adjustment of the plan to issue A shares to specific targets, and the total amount of funds raised was reduced from no more than RMB 14.85 billion to no more than RMB 9 billion (the same below).

The net amount of funds raised will be used for four projects, including the China Energy Construction Hami "Light (Heat) Storage" multi-energy complementary integrated green energy demonstration project; China Energy Construction Group Zhejiang Thermal Power Construction Photothermal + Photovoltaic Integration Project; Hubei Yingcheng 300MW Compressed Air Energy Storage Power Station Demonstration Project; Uzbekistan Bash and Zanakar Wind Power Project. The total investment in the project decreased from 31.33 billion yuan to 22.799 billion yuan.
