The US stock market is mixed. The Dow average closed at 38,747.42 dollars, which depreciated 120.62 dollars, and the Nasdaq closed at 17,343.55, which rose 151.02 points. It was sold with a sense of caution ahead of announcements by the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) and the Consumer Price Index (CPI), and then fell after being close. The Dow remained weak throughout the day as the banking sector weighed on concerns about commercial real estate, etc. The NASDAQ was supported by the rise in the mobile terminal Apple (AAPL), turned to an increase and widened until the end of the game, breaking record highs every day, and ending in mixed ways.

The dollar and yen fell to 156 yen 81 yen in the New York foreign exchange market on the 11th, then rose to 157 yen 40 yen, and closed at 157 yen 12 yen. After dollar sales became dominant due to risk-avoidance yen purchases and long-term interest rate declines, dollar purchases against European currencies intensified. Growth was sluggish in response to good 10-year bond bidding results. The euro dollar fell to 1.0720 dollars, then rose to 1.0744 dollars, and closed at 1.0741 dollars. Euro sales, which were wary of French political uncertainty and credit rating cuts, etc., became dominant.

NY crude oil futures for the July period are slightly higher (NYMEX crude oil July closing price: 77.90 ↑ 0.16).
